Floor Tiles or Mosaic

They are square or rectangular pieces that are put in the lining of walls or in floors.

A group of tiles, side by side, and that doesn´t leave empty spaces in between them, is called mosaic.

It is built-in by small pieces of stone or other materials, forming a specific mosaic or standard. The objective of the design is to fill some type of layout, like floors and walls.
